After completing the fitness assessment and a fairly extensive discussion about your goals, history, and lifestyle, our expert trainers will do some homework. When you return for your first session, they would have reviewed your fitness assessment results, your daily commitments, your overall goals and have determined a customized training program. This would be your roadmap. It would have a beginning, middle and an end. Most likely, it will last for three months, with monthly checkpoints, adjustments and built in rest days. In order to improve, you’ll be doing some tough workouts (only after you learn proper technique and build up your core stability). These hard trainings will progress naturally and be followed by rest days. They will progressively continue to increase the intensity by introducing new exercises, which make sense.
